NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING This Notice is to inform the public that the Lewisburg Housing Authority in accordance with Section 511 of the “Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act (QHWRA) of 1998” and HUD’s implementing Regulations, will hold a Public Hearing regarding the Housing Authority’s Public Housing Agency Plans (Five Year Plan) for the Fiscal Year Period Beginning January 1, 2018 - 2022 and Revisions to the Admission and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP). The Draft Public Housing Agency Plan, the supporting documentation and the revised ACOP may be reviewed by all interested parties at the Lewisburg Housing Authority Office. All interested parties are requested to make comments and recommendations before the Board of Commissioners adopts the Five-Year Agency Plan and the revised Admission and Continued Occupancy Policy and submits to HUD for approval.
