August 22, 2006 Mary Elizabeth Wilkerson, 93, died Tuesday evening at the home of her daughter, Patsy Howard, in Athens, Georgia after a series of strokes. Private services were held for close family and friends. At her request, her body was to be cremated by Bridges Funeralo Home here, and ashes were to be taken to a family plot in Lebanon, Tn.

August 27, 2006 Bobby Gene Campbell, age 65, of Morristown, Tennessee passed away on Sunday evening, August 27, 2006 at Morristown Hamblen Hospital after a lengthy battle with cancer.  He was born on February 28, 1941 in Grainger County and was retired from Berkline Industries.  He was a member of the Masonic Lodge #231. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Maggie Mae Campbell and two sisters, Judy Conway and Rosie Lamb and one brother Doyal Campbell.

August 28, 2006 Mrs. Mary Patricia Rodgers, age 64 of Cornersville, died Monday afternoon in Vanderbilt Hospital. Mrs. Rodgers was a native of Bedford County and the daughter of the late Thomas Jefferson and Wilma Umbles Stovall. She was a retired waitress and member of the Richland Presbyterian Church.
