Don't let the new Daylight Savings Time run up on you. Saturday night March 10 before we go to bed we will run our clocks up one hour. "In the spring, spring forward" The second Sunday monthly singing will be hosted by Robertson Fork Church of Christ. Everyone is invited to come sing praises to God from 2:00 P.M. until 3 March 11. Rates and fees for a booth are the lowest in the area. Lynnville Antiques & Collectibles will also sell items on consignment.

MES celebrates Read Across America by donating to others (03/09/07)
Marshall Elementary School celebrated Read Across America Week, which honors Dr. Seuss's birthday, by wearing funny hats, pajamas, silly socks and mismatched shoes. They wore their clothing inside out and invited guest readers into their classrooms to share the joy of reading. But the MES boys and girls decided they wanted to do something more, something special for others to recognize Dr. Seuss. Under the guidance of the school's book committee, the students made the decision to collect books to donate to Marshall County's Head Start program, setting their goal at 200.
