SHELBYVILLE -- A Petersburg-area man accused of stealing jewelry, dolls, knives, copper, coins and other collectibles was indicted last week by a Bedford County grand jury. Allen Jasper Lawson Jr., 29, of 1358 Pickle Road, Petersburg, is named in three burglary and theft cases reported out on Dec. 17.
