Fight on bus caught on video (09/26/08)
For the past two weeks a graphic video of a fight that took place on a Marshall County school bus has been circulating among students and adults. The fight, which involved two Cornersville High School students, took place Sept. 11. As one student does his best to hunker down in his seat and protecting his head and face, the video shows his assailant standing in the aisle and striking blows from above...
Two county leaders resign (09/26/08)
A long-time Marshall County commissioner and the immediate past chairman of the County School Board have resigned. Applications will be accepted from people who want to be appointed by the County Commission to those open positions. Commissioner Joe B. Brandon announced his decision during the regular monthly meeting of the County Commission on Monday. Man assaulted at home (09/26/08)
