A Manchester man was arrested Thursday afternoon at a house near what's known as the Verona store where he was found to have a portable methamphetamine lab and ingredients. Booked into the Marshall County Jail at 4:50 p.m. was Steven Craig, 33, of 2903 Hillsboro Boulevard, Manchester, jail records show.
