Two residents of River Road, Chapel Hill, have had the license plates of their cars stolen in recent weeks, according to reports on file at the Marshall County Sheriff's Department. On Dec. 21, the owner of a 1995 Chevy Lumina found that his plate was missing, and on Jan. 2 the owner of a 2006 Toyota Corolla made the same discovery. The plate numbers are 690FBP and 750GWD...
