After recording an impressive 5-1 victory over Cascade five days earlier, the Marshall County Tigerettes (3-7, 2-3 District) were unable to match Giles County's offensive firepower on Tuesday night, as they dropped a 4-1 decision to the Lady Bobcats (9-1-1, 4-0-1 District) at home. The Tigerettes stayed within striking distance of Giles County in the first half and trailed just 2-1 at the break, but the Lady Bobcats began to pull away over the final 40 minutes of the contest and outscored MCHS 2-0 in the second stanza to remain undefeated in District play. -
