Joycelyn Ruth Parker Orr, age 75 of Lewisburg, passed away Thursday, Oct. 15, 2015, at Village Manor Assisted Living in Lewisburg. A native of Lewisburg, Mrs. Orr was a retired bookkeeper of the family business, Orr Insurance. She was the daughter of the late Lewis M. Parker and Edna M. Bailey. She is the widow of Robert Orr, who passed away in 2005, and is a member of Hardin Chapel Church of Christ...
