Nannie Frances Thompson Ingram (Obituary ~ 09/26/16)
Nannie Frances Thompson Ingram, age 91 of Lewisburg, Tennessee passed away on Wednesday, September 14, 2016 at home. She was a native of Marshall County, Tennessee, born to the late B. C. and Delia Rydner Thompson. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Ingram was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Ingram, in 1998 and a son, Johnny Dale Ingram. Survivors include two sons, Timothy (Paula) Ingram of West Virginia and Joe (Carlene) Ingram of Bellevue, Nebraska; two daughters, Beverly (Billy) Courtney and Nancy Malinda (Jackie) Gay both of Lewisburg. One daughter-in-law, Debbie Ingram of Lewisburg; eight grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren also survive. Visitation with the family was held on Saturday, September 17, 2016 from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. and also on Sunday from noon until the funeral hour at 2 p.m. Burial followed in Sunset Park Cemetery. Charles Allen May (Obituary ~ 09/26/16)
Mr. Charles Allen May, age 72, of Lewisburg, died Saturday, September 3, 2016 at his residence. Mr. May was a native of Marshall County, the son of the late Allen and Nina Farler May. He retired from ICP and was a member of Hickory Heights Church of Christ. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Brooks May. He is survived by his wife, Janice May of Lewisburg; a son, Chris May of Nashville, Tennessee; two sisters, Alice (Mattew) McCrate of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and Mary (Nick) Hooper of Gallatin, and a brother, Phil (Lynn) May of Cornersville. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Memorial services were conducted Thursday, September 8, 2016 at 7 pm and visitation was on Thursday afternoon from 2 until the funeral hour. London Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. -
Glenda Sue Simmons Carnell (Obituary ~ 09/26/16)
Glenda Sue Simmons Carnell, age 45, died on July 23, 2016 in Punta Gorda, Florida. She is preceded in death by one brother, Thomas Timothy Simmons and father, Glen Simmons. She is survived by her husband, Paul Carnell; her mother, Sue Ann Blankenship; step-father, Charlie Blankenship and two sons, Brandon Woodall and Dillion Carnell . One grandson, Lucas Carnell, also survives. Memorial services will be held on September 24, 2016 at 2 p.m. at Berean Baptist Church, 1799 South Berlin Road, Lewisburg, Tennessee with James Kinslow officiating. -
