(Professional Sports ~ 04/19/17)
NASHVILLE (AP) — Marcus Mariota and the Tennessee Titans have yet to set an official timetable for the quarterback's return from surgery on his right leg. The latest benchmark is reporting for the start of the offseason program. The third-year quarterback now will finish his recovery from the season-ending injury at team headquarters after doing much of his rehabilitation at the University of Oregon this offseason. "It's important to be here, because together, you're building the foundations that you're going to use throughout the entire year," Mariota said Monday. "You're building the chemistry and the camaraderie that's going to make this team successful. I'm happy to be here, and I'm excited to be here. I'm sure all the guys are."

Tigerettes suffer one-run loss at Shelbyville (High School Sports ~ 04/19/17)
The Marshall County Tigerettes entered Thursday night’s match-up with 3A Shelbyville Central in the grips of a four-game losing streak as they struggle for offense, having scored just five runs during the time span. While the offensive woes continued against the Golden Eaglettes, the Tigerettes defense remained solid by allowing a single run in a 1-0 pitching duel loss in Bedford County. Marlee Woodward turned in arguably her best pitching performance of the regular season by throwing a complete game with a game-high 23 first pitch strikes. Woodward struck out three and walked one batter, but a fifth inning run by Shelbyville was the difference in the ballgame. -

Wife used to swinging free no feels one string attached
(Features ~ 04/19/17)
DEAR ABBY: My husband and I have been into swinging for 20 years. Everything has always been “no strings attached.” I was with one man several times before he married his current wife. She’s very religious, not into swinging and doesn’t know he is. I’m so attracted to “Nick” that I dream about him and have met him outside our marriages. ...

A subject the media should cover (Editorial ~ 04/19/17)
Sometime this month I hope our rabid anti-Trump media find a little time to cover a subject that has been very important to me since I was eight - child sexual abuse. Child abuse of all kinds is an epidemic here and around the world. In 2015 about 700,000 American children were victims of neglect or physical or sexual abuse. How many more cases were never reported to authorities is unknown... -
For Tax Day - taxing quotations

The destruction of the West by globalists (Editorial ~ 04/19/17)
Ultra-liberal Sweden is becoming a shell of its former self because liberalism has turned this once peaceful country into a chaotic, multicultural cesspool of violence and unrest. Swedes have always taken pride in their open-mindedness, believing their good intentions and big hearts would overcome a collision of cultures when it comes to immigration without assimilation. ... -
