Marshall County Youth Trap Team garners region awards (Community Sports ~ 06/07/17)
The Marshall County Youth Trap Team (MCYTT) travelled to the Nashville Gun Club on Saturday to compete in the Scholastic Clay Target Program’s Region 2 trap shooting competition. The varsity squad led by Bryce Brown and Even Lindsey with Lauren Fox, Aaron Luttrell, and Austin Proctor finished as region runner-up, shooting a combined score of 477-out-of-500, 14 hits behind first place Coffee County (491)... -
Basketball camp at rec center

Lewisburg Parks and Recreation Basketball Camp will be held June 12-15 at Lewisburg Recreation Center, under the direction of Wayne Buckingham (wabsports.com). Hours will be 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. each day. The camp is for boys and girls ages 5-13. The cost is $125, plus a $10 late fee, for the first child, with a $15 discount for each additional child for the same family. The cost includes lunch, a camp shirt and a parent’s banquet.
