Rebecca Higgs Feagins, 91, of Kingsport, TN, died on Thursday, Nov. 22, 2018. Born in Anes Station, TN, she had resided in Kingsport most of her life. She was a graduate of Marshall County High School and MTSU, and received her Master’s in Chemistry from Vanderbilt University’s Peabody College.
