Champions blank Forrest in home opener (High School Sports ~ 03/22/19)
After a big come from behind road win at Community to start the season, the Forrest Rockets opened up on their home pitch Tuesday versus another District 6-A opponent in Cascade. The Champions dominated the Rockets on both ends of the field, blanking Forrest 4-nil on the Lions Club Memorial Field in Chapel Hill. If I had to sum this game up, I would say we got beat by a better team today, Forrest coach Roger Carrier said. Its as simple as that. -
