Historical Society presents books to library

Wednesday, September 6, 2006

The Tenth District Historical Society (Rover community, Bedford County) has presented two books to the Marshall County Library in memory of Grace Beasley Gragg, a former resident of the Chapel Hill/Rover area.  Mrs. Gragg was one of the authors of The History of Rover, Volume I, and her dedication to the preservation of the history of the area is recognized by this donation.

The books, which will be available in the History and Genealogy room of the Marshall County Library, are Bedford County Tennessee Family History Book and History of Rover, Volume II.  Anyone who is interested in purchasing a copy of one of these books may contact Carolyn at (615) 368-7217 or carolyngenealogy@aol.com.
