St. Joseph's Happy Days Festival

The Third Annual St. Joseph's Happy Days Festival will be held at the City Park in St. Joseph's, Tenn. on Saturday, Sept. 9 starting at 10 a.m. Come hear live music and enjoy lots of food along with a beauty pageant, pony rides, dancing, crafts, games and more.
