Forrest prepares for MS/HS Homecoming

Members of the Forrest High School Rockets football team are looking to secure a win during their Homecoming game against Cascade Friday, September 15 at 7:00 p.m. Activities leading up to the big game include the annual parade, which starts at 12:00 noon Homecoming Day, and the coronation of the Queen, which will be held at 6:45 p.m., prior to the game. Selected for the Homecoming Court are Queen Rebekah Roberson (seated), (back from left) freshman Katarina Loyd, sophomore Thea Ledbetter, junior Stephanie Poarch, and senior Kara Balduf. --Rhonda Poole

Forrest Middle School Rockets are practicing hard for their Homecoming battle against Eagleville Thursday, September 14 at 7:00 p.m. But before the hitting begins, the crowning of this year's Queen and recognition of her court will be held. Representing FMS during football Homecoming 2006 are Queen Missy Minor (seated), seventh grader Ashley Sells (back, left) and eighth grader Jillian Blanchett.
