CARMEN LENTZ

Mrs. Carmen Lentz, age 54, died Monday, September 11, 2006, at her home in Delray Beach, FL. She was a native of Marshall County, TN., and the daughter of the late James and Anna Adams.

Survivors include a daughter, Kathy and husband Shawn Johnson; two sons, Mike and his wife Chantel Lentz and Steve Lentz; one sister, Jeanette Hertz of FL., and a brother Joe Adams.

Grandchildren; Jessica Francis, Kaleigh Lentz, Riley and Reese Lentz, Justin Johnson and Emma Johnson.

Memorial services will be conducted Sunday, September 24, at 2 p.m. in Middleview Memorial Gardens.
