Police Beat - Jail Intake

The following persons were arrested by the Lewisburg Police Department, Marshall County Sheriff's Department, Tennessee Highway Patrol, or 17th Judicial District drug task force and processed through Marshall County Jail. They are only charged: guilt or innocence will be determined by the courts.

Sept. 15 - Vance Jones, 43, of Lewisburg, was arrested for capias, failure to appear, and violation of probation. No bond hold was set; his court date is set for Sept. 19.

Sept. 15 - Judy Hart Thomas, 45, of Lewisburg, was arrested for driving on a suspended license. Her bond was set at $500; her court date is set for Oct. 2.

Sept. 15 - Ramiro Flores Cruz, 33, of Lewisburg, was arrested for domestic assualt. His bond was set at $2,000: his court is set for Oct. 2.

Sept. 15 - James Fredrick Brown, 37, of Lewisburg, was arrested for domestic assualt. His court date is set for Oct. 2.

Sept. 16 - Sarah Hargrove, 44, of Lewisburg, was arrested for possesion of a Schedule VI drug. Her court date is set for Oct. 2.

Sept. 17 - Artemio Castillo, 31, of Lewisburg, was arrested for driving under the influence, driving without a license, and violation of implied consent. His bond was set at $2,000; his court date is set for Oct. 16.

Sept. 17 - Keith B. Malone, 24, of Lewisburg, was arrested for DUI. He made his bond set at $1,000.

Sept. 17 - Dewayne Parker, 26, of Murfeesboro, and Austin Jacobs, of Murfeesboro were arrested for felony evading in a vehicle and theft over $1,000. Their bond was set at $12,000 each; their court date is Oct. 17.
