The Marshall County Alzheimer's Association Support Group will meet on the second Thursday, October 12th at 2:00p.m. at the Marshall County Senior Citizens Center located at 230 College St. in Lewisburg. Light refreshments will be provided.

This month the group will have a time of sharing and caring.

The group is free of charge and can be beneficial to anyone caring for a loved one suffering with memory impairment and confusion. If you have a loved one with Alzheimer's Disease or a related disorder please come join our group to learn more.

The American Legion Auxiliary will meet in regular session Monday, October 16, 2006, at 9:00 a.m., at Village Manor, with breakfast preceding the meeting.

Mrs. Barbara Zumbro will present the program on "Education." All members will want to be present to hear Mrs. Patsy Thomas, Principal of Marshall Elementary School.

The Lewisburg Le Leche League will meet on Thursday, October 12, at 10:30a.m. at the Bank of America Community Room. The topic will be "There's a New Baby in Your Life." For help and support with breastfeeding attend this meeting or call Anna at (931) 359-3918
