The Town of Chapel Hill Board of Mayor and Aldermen will meet for a Public Hearing on Monday, November 13, 2006 at 5:30 PM, at the Chapel Hill Police and Fire Department, 119 North Horton Parkway, Chapel Hill, TN 37034 to hear public comments concerning the Second Reading on Ordinance No. 06-07, an Ordinance rezoning 60 acres of property belonging to Howard Wall, located on Nashville Highway and being part of Tax Map 25, Parcel 13 and 1.5 acres of Tax Map 26, Parcel 2 from R-1 (Low Density Residential) to B-2 (Intermediate Business) the regular monthly board meeting will be held immediately following the public hearing to consider the following: (1) Announcements (2) Approval of the minutes (3) Approval of the bills (4) Financial statement (5) Community comments (6) Old business (6A) Consider second reading on Ordinance No. 06-07.
