Building a new concession stand one brick at a time in Chapel Hill

Construction is underway on a new concession stand and press box located between the baseball and softball fields at Forrest School. The concession stand will be used during baseball, softball, soccer and youth football seasons. The builiding will include restrooms and an upper deck surrounding the press box.

To help pay for the building, a Buy-a-Brick program is being offered at Forrest School. You can purchase a 4x8 paver with three lines engraved with wording of your choice for $100 or an 8x8 paver with six lines for $250. All money goes to the project. For more information call 364-2237.
