The Lewisburg Water and Sewer Board will meet in regualr session Thursday February 15, 2007, 4:00 p.m. in the Board Room at 100 Water Street.

The Marshall County Emergency Management Committee will meet on February 15, 2007, 5:30 P.M. at the Emergency Management office, 230 College Street, Suite 100.

The City of Lewisburg's Planning and Zoning Commission will hold their regular monthly meeting, Tuesday, February 20, 2007, 4:00 p.m. at Lewisburg City Hall, 131 East Church Street to consider the following: 1. Clyde R. Tant, Jr, is requesting site plan approval for a medical facility to be located on Lot #2 of William H, Coble, Sr. Subdivision, 1010 War Eagle Boulevard. 2. Truette Construction is requesting site plan approval for a coin operated washateria to be located at 510 2nd Avenue North. 3. Mark Hofner is requesting site plan approval for a shop and storage building to be located at 199 Freeman Drive.

The Marshall County Zoning Department will be hosting a review of the new proposed FEMA Floodmaps for Marhall County, February 22nd 2007, at 9:00 a.m. room 2202 Courthouse Annex, all citizens are encouraged to attend and give their input. The Marshall County Solid Waste Committee will meet Thursday, February 22, 2007, 5:30 p.m. at 2212 Courthouse Annex.


A public hearing will be held before the Marshall County Commission on February 26th, 2007 at 5:30 p.m. in the County Commission Room, 2202 Courthouse Annex, Lewisburg, Tennessee to consider the following: (1.) Todd Warner request re-zoning of 124.04 acres located on Hwy 99 from A-1 to M-1 for the purpose of an aggregate and concrete plant on the following parcels Tax Map 018, Parcel 022.00 Book 350, Page 284, Tax Map 019.00, Parcel 040.00, Book 350, Page 287, Tax Map 019, Parcel 040.01, Book 465, Page 349, ROMCT.

The Marshall County Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, February 12, 2007, at 6:00 p.m. and Tuesday, February 13, 2007, at 5:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at the Courthouse Annex, 2nd Floor, Room 2204, Lewisburg, Tennessee 37091, to hear public comments on Resolution 07-01-13, a resolution to approve the proposed amendment to the 20-year Growth Plan for Marshall County, Tennessee (Property outside the Municipalities).

The Marshall County 3 Star Beautification Committee will meet on Wednesday February 14, 2007 at 2 p.m., 2212 Courthouse Annex Building.

Public hearings will be held before the Marshall County Coordinating Committee on all Proposed Amendments to the Marshall County 20 Year Growth Plan of the Planned Grow Areas (PGA) and Rural areas of Marshall County and Urban Growth Areas (UGB) of Chapel Hill, Lewisburg and Petersburg on February 15, 2007 and February 22, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. at 2204 Courthouse Annex Building, Lewisburg, TN.

The City of Petersburg Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on February 20, 2007 at the Town Hall of Petersburg, Tennessee located on the public square of Petersburg, TN, at 6:45 p.m. to hear comments from the public regarding an application from Mr. Billy Posey for a variance to the ordinance for a side setback for his residence at 114 Morgan Avenue Petersburg, Tennessee. This set-back variance is requested for the construction of a non-commercial garage at this residence. Tax Map 112J, Part of Parcel 21.
