The following persons were arrested by the Lewisburg Police Department, Marshall County Sheriff's Department, Tennessee Highway Patrol, or 17th Judicial District Drug Task Force and processed through Marshall County Jail. They are only charged: guilt or innocence will be determined by the courts.

March 8 -- Joshua Lee Brown, 25, of Lewisburg, was arrested for aggravated domestic assault.

March 8 -- Theft of copper wire occurred at 5852 Nashville Hwy. No known suspects.

March 9 -- Theft of utility trailer and wagon wheel occurred at 1548 Wade Brown Rd. A warrant is on file for Pauline Beeney.

March 9 -- Wendy Brooks, 42, of Shelbyville, was arrested for public intoxication. Bond was set at $500; her court date is April 9.

March 9 -- Arthur Wheeler, 34, of Shelbyville, was arrested for criminal impersonation and public intoxication. Bond was set at $11,000; his court date is April 9.

March 9 -- Peter Walsh, 52, of Lewisburg, was arrested for domestic assault.

March 9 -- Dani Harris Curtner, 44, of Lewisburg, was arrested for DUI and resisting arrest. Her court date is April 16.

March 10 -- Juan Zapata, 25, of Lewisburg, was arrested for DUI, public intoxication, and driving without a license.

March 10 -- Juan Pineda, 24, of Lewisburg, was arrested for DUI and violation of implied consent law. Bond was set at $1,5000; his court date is April 16.

March 10 -- Roger Parker, 46, of Lewisburg, was arrested for public intoxication. Bond was set at $500; his court date is April 9.

March 10 -- David Welsh, 29, of Lewisburg, was arrested for domestic assault. His court date is April 9.

March 11 -- Theft of metal sheets occurred at 2638 Barnes Hollow Rd. Three white males were seen loading the sheets into a black Dodge truck. No arrest has been made.

March 11 -- Vandalism to two vehicles occurred at 5210 Reynolds Rd. Estimated damage is $3,500 total. No arrest has been made
