Police Beat/Jail Intake

The following persons were arrested by the Lewisburg Police Department, Marshall County Sheriff's Department, Tennessee Highway Patrol, or 17th Judicial District Drug Task Force and processed through Marshall County Jail. They are only charged: guilt or innocence will be determined by the courts.

March 12 -- Barry Everly, 42, of Lewisburg, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a Schedule VI drug. Bond was set at $1,500; his court date is April 2.

March 12 -- Aggravated burglary occurred at 434 5th Ave. The front door showed signs of forced entry and the value of the stolen electronics is valued at $500. No known suspects.

March 12 -- Matthew Luna, 20, of Lewisburg, was arrested for public intoxication and resisting arrest. Bond was set at $1,500; his court date is April 2.

March 12 -- Danny Brock, 49, of Lewisburg, was arrested for public intoxication. Bond was set at $500; his court date is April 2.

March 12 -- Rogelio Rodriguez, 47, of Lewisburg, was arrested for public intoxication. Bond was set at $500; his court date is April 16.

March 13 -- Lisa Jarrell, 29, walked away from work release at McDonald's and failed to report back to the Marshall County Jail, returning March 14. Jarrell is serving two 11 month and 29 day sentences for passing worthless checks. She currently has nine days of jail credit.

March 13 -- Jeremy Richardson, 27, of Lewisburg, was arrested for sale of a controlled substance times four. Bond was set at $40,500.
