The following persons were arrested by the Lewisburg Police Department, Marshall County Sheriff's Department, Tennessee Highway Patrol, or 17th Judicial District Drug Task Force and processed through Marshall County Jail. They are only charged: guilt or innocence will be determined by the courts.
March 31 -- Theft occurred at Hwy. 31A and Claude Fox Rd. A fence charger valued at $200 was taken. No known suspects.
March 31 -- David Plyant, 25, of Flyntville, was arrested for DUI, simple possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, and domestic assault in a separate incident. His bond totaled $7,000; his court date is May 22.
March 31 -- Grant Finley, 19, of Lewisburg, was arrested for DUI and driving on a suspended license. Bond was set at $1,500; his court date is May 14.
March 31 -- Demarcus Blackman, 20, of Lewisburg, was arrested for failure to appear and introduction of drugs into a penal institution. His bond total $12,500; his court date is April 16.
April 1 -- Gilberto Duperon, 26, of Lewis burg, was arrested for possession of a Schedule VI drug. Bond was set at $6,000.
April 1 -- Roderick Foxx, 29, of Fayetteville, was arrested for public intoxication and indecent exposure. Bond was set at $750; his court date is April 16.
April 1 -- Joel Morales, 40, of Lewisburg, was arrested for public intoxication.
April 1 -- Anita Chewning, 43, Cornersville, was arrested for DUI and violation of the implied consent law. Her court date is May 8.
