The 37 lots contain 74 condos with 1,562 square ft. of living space and 516 square ft. garages. The all brick condos are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms with concrete driveways, patios, and porches.
The condos will feature privacy fences and landscaping, which will be maintained by the Homeowner's Association.
The condos are co-owned by Todd Warner and Chris Brothers of B & W Excavating and Warner Bros. Developing " We think with Chapel Hill's growth, this will be a great development to accommodate the population spurt," said co-owner Warner.
The Villas of Chapel Hill are priced in the $140,000 range and will have no lot lines. All steel appliances are included, the kitchens feature a raised bar, ceilings are nine feet tall, and two walk in closets in the master bedroom are included amenities.
" The Villas will be on the new public sewer system," said Brothers. "It is a real nice and attractive living place."
