The following persons were arrested by the Lewisburg Police Department, Marshall County Sheriff's Department, Tennessee Highway Patrol, or 17th Judicial District Drug Task Force and processed through Marshall County Jail. They are only charged: guilt or innocence will be determined by the courts.

April 3 -- Kevin Hartley, 21, of Chapel Hill, was arrested for driving on a revoked license and open container. In a later incident, he was arrested for possession of a weapon. He was held with no bond; his court date is May 1.

April 3- Eric Sharp, 24, of Lewisburg, was arrested for violation of the stop sign law and simple possession. Bond was set at $1,000; his court date is May 5.

April 4 -- Michael Edwards, 42, of Chapel Hill, was arrested for DUI, driving on a revoked license, and violation of implied consent.

April 4 -- Kacy Barnes, 28, of Hohenwald, was arrested for violation of probation. Bond was set at $500; her court date is May 22.

April 4 -- Vandalism and theft from vehicle occurred at 482 Centennial Ave. A purse containing $1,000 in credit cards was stolen and $250 in damage was done to the passenger window. No known suspects.

April 5 -- Jennifer Stacey, 32, of Cornersville, was arrested for DUI and driving on a suspended license. Bond was set at $1,500; her court date is May 14.
