Sadie Dell Cozart Deason, 80, of Lewisburg, died Wednesday, May 2, 2007 in NHC Hillview in Columbia.

Ms. Deason was a native of Marshall County, daughter of the late Robert Allen and Minnie Luna Cozart. She was retired from Genesco, Inc. and Heil-Quaker Corporation. She was a member of the Baptist Church.

A son, Robert Barry Deason; sister, Robbie Mae Cozart Blackwell; and three brothers, Virgil Cozart, J.D. Darnell and Albert Darnell preceded her in death.

Survivors include her daughter, Beverly Hammons of Lewisburg; three grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be conducted Friday, May 4, 2007 at 2 p.m. in Lone Oak Cemetery. The family will receive friends at London Funeral Home on Friday from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

London Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
