Berry Sehon McConnell, 97, died Thursday morning, May 24, 2007, at his home in Lewisburg.
Mr. McConnell was a native of Marshall County, the son of the late Newton and Fannie Fox McConnell. He was a retired farmer, a former member of the Hillsboro Hounds, and a member of the Church of Christ. His wife, Eunice Turner Williams McConnell, preceded him in death in Jan. of 2004.
He is survived by one daughter, Phyllis Boatright of Lewisburg; one son, Sherrell McConnell of Chattanooga; four grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 26, from the chapel of Cornersville Funeral Home with burial to follow in Fox Wheatley Cemetery.
The family will be at Cornersville Funeral Home for visitation on Friday, May 25 from 5 to 8 p.m. and on Saturday until the funeral hour.
Cornersville Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
