Three Marshall County students have been awarded scholarships for the 2007-2008 academic year to attend the University of Tennessee at Martin, according to Judy Rayburn, director of admissions.
Ethan Braytenbah, son of Richard and Louanne Braytenbah of Lewisburg, will be a freshman. He received the Chancellor's Award and the Salutatorian Award.
James Burkett, son of Jim and Cindy Burkett of Chapel Hill, will be a freshman. He received the Ed Scholar Award.
Carmen Parrish, daughter of Terry and Terrie Parrish of Lewisburg, will be a freshman. She received the Harold Connor African-American Scholarship.
