Jerry Lee Cagle, 63, of Lewisburg, passed away on Monday, July 16, 2007, at his residence.
A native of Marshall county, he was the son of the late Homer Cagle (1992) and is also preceded in death by a half brother; William Daniel White (2004).
Cagle was formerly employed with CosmoLab and Tyson. He was a member of the Emanuel Church of Christ.
He is survived by his mother, Margaret R. K. Ketchum Purvis of Conley, Ga.; sister, Bobbie Ruth (David Myron) Cheek of Belfast; and a brother, Paul Edgar Cagle of Griffin, Ga.; ex-wife, Ruth Cagle of Onsted, Mich.; one step-daughter, Robin, of Onsted; six step-grandchildren; and seven special nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, July 20, at 2 p.m. from the chapel of Bills - McGaugh Funeral Home with Joe Hudson officiating. Burial will follow in Lone Oak Cemetery.
The family held visitation on Thursday, July 19, from 4 to 8 p.m. and also see friends on Friday until the funeral hour.
Pallbearers are Kenneth Robison, Mark Wright, Justin Wright, Andy Cheek, David Robison and Milton Whaley.
