Wolaver Named Student of the Month

Wolaver and CHS Guidance Counselor Edna London were treated to lunch at the Aug. 15 meeting of the Lewisburg Rotary Club where her accomplishments as a student and athlete at Cornersville High School were presented to the members.

Heading into her senior year at CHS, Wolaver has proven herself to be a school leader since her freshman year where she earned the Algebra I Award. She was honored with the Chemistry Award and the Pride Award at CHS her sophomore year and was named the English III and Government Award winner her junior year. Wolaver's accomplishments in the classroom have earned her a place on the Principal's List all four years at CHS.
