Heather's hat trick propels Lady Rockets past Cornersville

"You finally showed up, I finally saw the team we had last year," Lady Rockets Head Coach Dr. Larry Miller told his team after their convincing 4-1 road victory over the Cornersville Lady Bulldogs. 

The performance was reminiscent of the form exhibited during last year's run to the state tournament as the Forrest girls (3-1-1) seem to be coming together at the perfect time with seven of their next eight games versus District 11A-AA opponents.

Cornersville dropped to (0-2) on the season with both losses coming in district play.
