The Town of Chapel Hill Planning Commission will be holding a public hearing at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 1, at the Chapel Hill Police and Fire Department, 119 North Horton Parkway to consider the Proposed Changes to the Chapel Hill Subdivision Regulations and Zoning Ordinance. The regular Board meeting will take place immediately following the public hearing.
