Robert Lee Holt, age 45 of Lewisburg, died Oct. 2 following a construction accident. Holt was a native of Ft. Belvoir, Vir. He was employed with Highways Incorporated as a construction worker. Survivors include his parents, Frank and Patricia Holt of Lewisburg; three sisters, Jewel Nichols of Petersburg, Patricia Jean Holt of Chapel Hill, and Melissa Berlin of Petersburg; four brothers, Billy Holt of Petersburg, Robby Atkins of Hamlet, N.C., Randy Atkins of Petersburg, and Craig Atkins of Orlando, Fla.; and girlfriend, Vickie Kincaid of Chapel Hill. A Memorial Service is scheduled for 10 a.m. on Oct. 6, from the Chapel of Lawrence Funeral Home with Rev. Larry Chatman officiating.
