Local Meetings

The office of City Hall in Cornersville will be closed on Monday, Oct. 8, in observance of Columbus Day. The office will re-open on Tuesday, Oct. 9th at the regular hour of 8 a.m.

The Billing Office of Marshall County Ambulance Service will be closed Oct. 9-10 in order to attend a Medicare workshop. The office will re-open Oct. 11.

Chapel Hill Park and Recreation Board will be holding their regular monthly meeting on Tuesday, Oct. 9 at 6 p.m. at the Chapel Hill Police and Fire Department, 119 North Horton Parkway in Chapel Hill.

A Public Hearing, addressing the Landfill Expansion, will be held before the Solid Waste Regional Board on Oct. 9, at 5:30 pm, 2204 Courthouse Annex, in Lewisburg.

The Marshall County Land, Price, and Sell Committee will meet on Oct. 10 at 6:15 p.m., 2209 Courthouse Annex in Lewisburg.

The Chapel Hill Board of Mayor and Aldermen will be holding their regular monthly meeting at 6 p.m. on Oct. 15 at the Chapel Hill Police and Fire Department, 119 North Horton Parkway in Chapel Hill.

Marshall County Beer Board will meet Oct. 15 at 5:30 pm in room 2204 in the Courthouse Annex. See legal ad for more information.

The Marshall County Emergency Medical Services Committee will meet on Oct.18 at 5:30 pm at the EMS Building, 728 S. Ellington Parkway in Lewisburg.
