The Town of Chapel Hill City Offices will be closed Thursday, Nov. 22, and Friday, Nov. 23, in observance of Thanksgiving Day. The office will reopen on Monday, Nov. 26. Office hours are 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.

The Marshall County Board of Public Utilities, 624 W. Commerce St., will be closed Thursday and Friday, Nov. 22 and 23, for Thanksgiving. It will reopen Monday, Nov. 26.

The office of City Hall in Cornersville will be closed Thursday, Nov. 22, and Friday, Nov. 23, in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. The office will re-open on Monday, Nov. 26, at 8 a.m.

The Marshall County Memorial Library will be closed Thursday, Friday and Saturday, Nov. 22-24, for the Thanksgiving holiday. The Library Board of Trustees will meet Tuesday, Nov. 27, at 6 p.m.

The Marshall County Board of Commissioners will hold its regular meeting Monday, Nov. 26, at 6 p.m. in the Courthouse Annex. A public hearing will begin at 5:30 p.m.

The Marshall County ECD/Tourism Committee will meet on Monday, Nov. 26, at the Courthouse Annex, immediately following the Marshall County Commission meeting.

The Lewisburg Electric System's Board of Public Utilities will meet at 7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 26, at the LES office, 599 W. Ellington Parkway.

The mayor and city council of the City of Lewisburg will hold a workshop at 4 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 27, at City Hall, 131 East Church St.

The coordinating committee will meet Thursday, Nov. 29, at 6:15 p.m. in the Courthouse Annex Building to address finalizing an amendment to the 1101 20-year Growth Plan for Marshall County.

The Lewisburg Recreation Board will meet at 6:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 26, at the Lewisburg Recreation Center, 1551 Mooresville Highway in the large meeting room.

The Lewisburg Community Development Board will meet at noon Tuesday, Nov. 27, at City Hall, 131 East Church St.

The Town of Cornersville will hold a public hearing beginning at 6 p.m. Monday, Dec. 3, at City Hall to amend the Urban Growth Boundaries along U.S. Highway 31A. A second public hearing concerning the amendment of the Urban Growth Boundaries will be held Dec. 6 at 6 p.m. at City Hall.
