Christine Lindsay Alford

Mrs. Alford was a native of Lawrence County. She was a long-time member of Lewisburg First Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, A.G. and Mattie Belle Taylor Lindsay; husband, Clarence B. Alford, who died in December 1988; and son, James B. "Jimmy" Alford, who died in June 2007.

She is survived by one daughter, Mary Frances Alford Clark of Camden; daughter-in-law Beth Alford of Shelbyville; two granddaughters; four grandsons; and six great grandchildren.

Funeral services were Sunday, Dec. 2, in the chapel of London Funeral Home with burial to following in Lone Oak Cemetery.
