The Junior Auxiliary of Lewisburg will hold its 13th annual Keep Our Kids Warm coat giveaway from 8 a.m. to noon, Saturday, Dec. 15, at the Hardison Office Building, 230 College St. Co-chairs of this event are Sondra Apple and Amanda Dodson.

The Berean Baptist Church choir will give three performances of "Let There Be Light." The first is at NHC Merihill at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 15; the second is at the church, at 10:30 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 16, during morning worship; and the third is at the Summit, at 6:15 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 20. Everyone is invited.

East Commerce Baptist Church invites the public to a special presentation by its adult and children's choirs of the musical "On This Very Night," by Karla Worley and Lari Goss. Performances are at 7 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 15, and 11 a.m., Sunday, Dec. 16. For more information call Sherry, 359-7096.

The choir of the Mooresville Baptist Church, 1053 Bryant Cemetery Rd., will present its Christmas musical, "Bringing Christmas Home" at 10:30 a.m., Sunday, Dec. 16. Everyone is welcome.

The First United Methodist Church Chancel Choir will present a Christmas cantata for the community at 4:30 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 16. All are invited and welcome. Refreshments will be served afterward.

The American Legion Auxiliary will hold its annual Christmas potluck luncheon at noon Monday, Dec. 17, at the Cumberland Presbyterian Church Family Life Center. Please bring a covered dish and a wrapped gift (not to exceed $10), to be exchanged after the luncheon.

The deadline for dropping off donations to the Toys for Kids program is Friday, Dec. 21. Donations can be dropped off at the offices of the Lewisburg Gas Department, Lewisburg Electric, Lewisburg Water and Wastewater, or the Lewisburg Fire Department. Both toys and monetary donations are accepted.
