Evelyn Lucille HIll

Evelyn Lucille Hill, 83, formerly of Lewisburg, died Friday, Dec. 28, 2007, at Athens Regional Medical Center in Athens, Tenn.

Mrs. Hill was a native of Maury County. She was a retired seamstress with Cathey Manufacturing Company and was a member of Church Street Church of Christ.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James Edward and Maude Peay Lovette; husband, Grady Hill; and daughter, Janice Martin.

She is survived by one son, Maurice Hill of LaVergne; two sisters, Lorene Braden formerly of Lewisburg, and Marie Haislip of Nashville; one brother, Norris Lovette of Nashville; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were conducted Monday, Dec. 31, from the chapel of London Funeral Home with burial in Lone Oak Cemetery.
