Williams fired for misuse of property

The Lewisburg city employee who complained to the Equal Employment Opportunities Commission about racial discrimination has been "discharged." Insubordination, misconduct and misuse of city property are listed as the reasons.

"Several visits to an Internet porn site from the office computer when you were the director of public works" two-three years ago were cited by City Manager Eddie Fuller who concluded that the dismissed employee "had knowledge of the viewings ... and took no action," although as a director that was his responsibility.
