The Marshall County deputies traveled 23,448 miles while responding to 391 requests for service and serving 673 warrants and summons during the month of April.
The warrants ranged from two showcause orders to 320 summonses. The requests for service ranged from one emergency residential alarm to 39 stray animal calls. Among the 391 requests for service were 25 domestic violence calls, 24 suspicious persons, 20 false 911 calls, and 18 reports of theft.
Deputies provided traffic control at 23 locations and arrested two subjects for driving under the influence.
The correction officers booked and processed 249 inmates and traveled 2,483 miles while transporting 36 inmates to various locations and transporting five subjects to mental health facilities. The jail housed 96 inmates for the City of Lewisburg.
