Good citizenship awarded

The Tombigbee Chapter of the Tennessee Society of the Sons of the American Revolution has awarded a Bronze Good Citizenship Certificate and Medal to a graduating senior from each of the county's three high schools.

Jacob Lee Crowell of Cornersville is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Joey Crowell. He graduated with highest honors and plans to attend the University of Tennessee at Knoxville as a pre-pharmacy major.

Jonathon Seth Isley is the son of David and Lisa Isley. He is a four-year member of the Tiger football team, a three-year member of the Beta Club, and participated in Junior Leadership Marshall and the First National Bank Student Advisory Board. He also graduated with highest honors and is planning to attend UT Knoxville.

Micah Dale Phifer is the son of Roger and Brenda Phifer. He graduated from Forrest High School with high honors and has signed on to play baseball at Martin Methodist College in Pulaski.
