2008 NAPA Automotive Student of Year selected

Josh Scarfone has been selected as the 2008 NAPA Automotive Technology Student of the Year. Josh is a member of the 2008 graduating class at Marshall County High School/Spot Lowe Technology Center. Josh stood out among the other students with his can-do attitude and an outstanding commitment to learning this highly technical field.

Josh maintained a high 90s average over four years in the areas of automotive basics, now called transportation core, automotive brakes, and automotive electricity and electronics.

Josh has enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and will be leaving Lewisburg for the Marine Corps Recruit Training Depot at Paris Island, S.C., in late June. After basic training, Josh will attend training in engine repair and plans on working in the motor pool.
