Nancy S. Vann

Nancy Sharp Vann, 71, of Denver, Colo., died on February 26, 2008.

Mrs. Vann was a native of Lewisburg and graduated from Marshall County High School and the University of Tennessee. She was a deacon at Grace Presbyterian Church and taught for many years at Arapahoe Community College.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Joe and Allene Sharp; and husband, James Lee "Jim" Vann, Jr.

She is survived by her significant other, Gerald Unruh; brothers, Frank E. Sharp and Billy Wayne Sharp; sons, James Lee (Jennifer) Vann III, and William Sharp (Stephanie) Vann; daughter, Patricia Allene Herrick; three grandchildren; and a nephew, Tom Sharp.

A memorial service was held at Grace Presbyterian Church, Centennial, Colo., on Saturday, March 1.
