Bobby Mitchell Hardin

Bobby Mitchell Hardin, 66, of Fayetteville, N.C., died Saturday, June 28, 2008, at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.

Mr. Hardin was a graduate of Jones Training School, Lewisburg. He was a retired Army command sergeant major.

He is survived by his wife, Addie Lee Ewing Hardin; son, William Hardin; daughters, Roslyn Smell and Rochelle Hall; brothers, Robert Hardin and M.H. Hardin; sisters, Mattie Campbell of Lewisburg, Katherine Mayes, Nittie Lee, Irish Dean Nelson, and Jennie M. Mayes; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Graveside services with full military honors were conducted Thursday, July 3, at Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery in Spring Lake, N.C.

Wiseman Mortuary of Fayetteville, N.C. was in charge of arrangements.
