Harold Austin Wheeler
Mr. Harold Austin Wheeler, 67, died Tuesday, Aug. 12, 2008 at his home in Lewisburg.
Mr. Wheeler was a native of Lake Station, Ind., where he retired as an Emergency Medical Technician, a firefighter and EMS director for many years. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of New Chicago.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Frances Lela Wilson; his father, Calvin Earl Wheeler; four brothers and three sisters.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Kay Wheeler, of Lewisburg; brothers Lawrence Wheeler and Thomas Wheeler of Indiana; sister Alvada Harvey of Indiana; two daughters, Robin Lynn (Randy) Williams and Melissa (Russell) Armes of Indiana; two sons, Calvin Earl (Kim) Wheeler and Shawn Allen (Shawn) Wheeler; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted Monday, Aug. 18, 2008, in Lake Station, Ind.
Bills-McGaugh Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Johnny "John" Parsons, 49, of Lewisburg, died Tuesday, August 12, 2008 in Marshall Medical Center.
Mr. Parsons was a native of Maury County. He was a member of the Church of Christ.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy Bell Parsons; his father, Ted Parsons; and a brother, Hollis Parsons in 2007.
There are no immediate survivors.
Graveside services were conducted Thursday, August 14, 2008 in Lone Oak Cemetery.

James Thomas Allen
James Thomas Allen, 73, of Lewisburg, died Saturday, Aug. 9, 2008 at NHC Oakwood.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Lula Allen; his father, Dave Allen; a daughter, Jacqueline Harris O'Neal; brothers Harvey Lee Allen, Willie Dee Allen and Robert Allen.
He is survived by his wife, Margaret Faye Radley; sons Robert Allen and James T. Allen; daughters Peggy S. Allen and Lisa Brown; sisters Mary Hinton Maxwell of Lewisburg and Ellen M. Brown of Louisville, Ky.; nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation with the family will be Friday, Aug. 15, 2008 at the Lewisburg Family Life Center from 11 a.m. to noon.
Funeral services will follow at noon, with burial services at Beechwood Cemetery in Cornersville.
