Mary Frances Jones
Mary Frances Jones, 77, of Lewisburg, died Wednesday, April 8, 2009, at NHC Oakwood.
Mrs. Jones was a native of Marshall County. She was a homemaker and a member of the Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John Thomas and Annie Ruth Cherry Haynes; husband, William Edward Jones; and daughter, Mellisa Jones.
She is survived by her children, Annette McCord and Wayne M. Jones, both of Lewisburg, Carolyn Cobb of Belfast and Michael E. Jones of Cornersville; brothers, Robert "Bobby" Haynes of Mobile, Ala., and Charles Haynes of Lewisburg; 14 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted Friday, April 10, from the chapel of London Funeral Home, followed by burial in Lone Oak Cemetery.
Evelyn Endsley Jones, 75, of Lewisburg, died Tuesday, April 7, 2009. at her residence.
Mrs. Jones was a native of Marshall County. She was retired from Marshall Auto Parts and was a member of the Berea Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Herbert and Ora Lee Butler Endsley.
She is survived by her husband, Van Stephens Jones, and son, Steve (Jane) Jones, all of Lewisburg; brother, James Howard Endsley of Shelbyville; sisters, Christine Mathis of Fayetteville and Juanita Hobbs of Nashville; grandchildren, Jennifer Gochee of Pinson, Ala. and Devin Jones of Lewisburg; and five great grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted Thursday, April 9, from the chapel of London Funeral Home, followed by burial in Berea Cemetery.
Kilah Eudora Pearson Burch
Kilah Eudora Pearson Burch, 88, died on Friday, April 10, 2009, at Hillside Hospital, Pulaski.
Mrs. Burch was a native of Giles County. She attended the Second Street Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William Henderson and Leah Walton Weddington Pearson; husband, David William "Billie" Burch; daughter, Julia Ann Burch; and siblings, Kathryn Pearson Harwell and Allan Stacy Pearson.
She is survived by her sons, Bobbie (Debbie) Burch of Culleoka and Tommy (Pat) Burch of Pulaski; daughters, Linda (Jerry) Hackney of Nashville and Kathy (Candy) Miles of Pulaski; brother, Merle Pearson of Portland, Ore.; nine grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted Saturday, April 11, from the chapel of Carr and Erwin Funeral Home, followed by burial in Maplewood Cemetery.
