Obituaries

Mr. Eady was a native of Marshall County and was a retired maintenance worker.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Leon Dean and Myrtle Lynch Eady.

He is survived by his wife, Christine Eady of Chapel Hill; son, Don (Pat) Eady of the Laws Hill Community; daughters, Linda Cochran of Chapel Hill and Diana (Jerry) Lawson of Ypsilanti, Mich.; sisters, Eloise Marlin of Shelbyville and Marie Bradley of the Holts Corner Community; brother, Ralph Eady of Estill Springs; eight grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday, May 8, from the chapel of Lawrence Funeral Home with Stan Butt and Jerry Lawson officiating, followed by burial in Swanson Cemetery.

Mr. Eady's grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
